I know so little about this. An auctioneer/appraiser suggested it was Polish/Hungarian due to the double heads. He also set the period. It measures 9″ long, 5 1/2″ deep, 4 1/4″ high. Notice the little lion handles on the ends and the paw feet. It has a liner which has some rust and there is a slight dent in the top and in the back. It certainly shows it’s age. I imagine it would be nice with a plant in it if not cigars. Buyer pays for packing and shipping.
