This scale is complete and in fine condition for it’s age. Howe Scale Co. , Rutland, VT is written on the top. It measures 11″ tall by 14″ wide. The bowl is probably tin. It doesn’t appear to be brass. Shipping is at the expensive of the buyer or it may be hand delivered if possible.
