The buyer pays for shipping, which may include professional packing on large, bulky, or fragile items. We endeavor; however, to pack in-house at no cost to the buyer whenever possible. Once you have purchased your item(s) through Stripe on the website you will receive confirmation. At this time consider yourself committed as packing will begin and no refunds will be issued. Generally, we use FedEx for shipping with insurance, (amount at the discretion of the seller), requiring a signature upon delivery. You will receive the tracking numbers. Understand that shipping charges cannot be determined until your item is packed, measured, and weighed so don’t let the shipping cost be a determining factor. You will be sent an invoice via Stripe for shipping and credit card fees withheld from your purchase at 3%. We urge you to pay this balance as quickly as possible so no time is wasted in getting your item in your hands. Note that heavy, bulky items may be exchanged in person whenever feasible.

All items offered for sale on this site are sold AS-IS. All descriptions are based on the opinion and research of Vivien Bonnist Cord, site manager, to the best of her ability. Please request additional photos as needed to be satisfied before making your purchase. The absence of a condition report does not imply that a painting is in perfect condition nor completely free of defects, imperfections, restoration, wear and tear, or the effects of aging. The Donald Art Company Collection has been in storage since acquired in the 1980s and potentially by Donald Bonnist prior to the 1950s. All the paintings offered are guaranteed to be original thus they are irreplaceable. Any art resembling the paintings in this collection should be considered a copy.
