A very early DAC Collection painting. It appears in the MBZ catalog (pre-dates DAC) and in the 1945 DAC catalog. On verso, “Made in Holland Symphony in White and Violet.” Buyer pays for shipping.
Antoon Scheffer was born in Holland in 1871. I cannot find anything further on Scheffer to date. Still hunting.
