Description
This 24″ x 48″ painting is done with thick strokes and it is in good condition with the exception of a 1/4″ clean slit in the sky needing only an easily done patch. On the verso is written, “Golf Von Neapel.” It is a beautifully done painting of substantial size.
Harry Winkler was born November 9, 1923 and spent his youth in Leipzig. He first studied at the Akademie fur dende Kunste, Dresden. He studied with Prof. Pfuhle. After 1946 he studied in Munich and his educational journeys took him to the Iberian Peninsula, Italy, Switzerland, France, Northern Africa as well as to Turkey and the Orient. His paintings hang in many well-known galleries and his art has been reproduced by the Donald Art Company. Shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
