Walter Cerný, born Charles Cerný, was a Czech landscape painter and pastel drawer. He studied in Prague, Munich, Vienna and Paris and exhibited his works at the Société des Artistes Indépendants in Paris since 1910. He later moved to France and worked in Lagny/Seine-et Marne.
