Bessie Kennedy signed B. Kennedy. This flat (unstretched) canvas measures 28″ x 39″ including the approximately 1/2″ margin. It’s a wonderful topic in very subdued peaceful colors. Condition appears to be good. Buyer pays for shipping.
Born in Warren, RI on June 5, 1864. Bessie Hyde moved to California in 1881. She soon wed Wm. A. Kennedy and settled in Palo Alto, CA. She died there on July 25, 1944. Exh: Palo Alto Art Club, 1923.
