The Artist-Everett L. Warner (1877-1963)…”Born in Iowa, he lived for a number of years in New York City, then found Old Lyme. Was in charge of a camouflage unit during WW1. Eventually settled in Westmoreland, PA, where he lived while teaching at Carnegie.” …”For 18 years, from 1924 to 1942, Warner was an associate professor of painting and design at the College of Fine Arts at the Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon University, CMU) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. “
